Sajo Makgi (Exercise 3)

Sajo Makgi is the third choreographed set of movements, using just defensive techniques given to the Taekwondo student. It develops co-ordination, direction changing, and breath control. This exercise is a combination of low section knifehand block and middle section inner forearm block performed in walking stance. Sajo Makgi is an exercise with 17 movements and not a pattern.
