Squad Training

Our squad training session are open to any students who wish to compete in national or international competitions. These classes focus solely on sparring drills, patterns and breaking. Run by our chief instructor Mr Churchward, these classes are open to all schools and affiliations who wish to attend.

Having previously coached the England Taekwondo team and having won coach of the year award, Mr Churchward has plenty of tips and tricks up his sleeve to help you in up your game.
