Our schools are located in Torbay in Sunny
Devon with classes in Paignton and Torquay (see venues).
The schools were started by Mr Grant Churchward (4th Degree)
in October 2000 and now have over 250 students. We aim to
provide a welcoming and friendly approach to Martial Arts
to help build on people's confidences and generate a great
club atmosphere. This site contains information about TaeKwon-Do
in general, the club, its activities and information (grading
sheets) for both current and future members. The Calendar
page will also give you up-to-date information regarding training
sessions, grading, competitions, seminars and club activity
dates etc.

| What can you do? |
The classes include instruction in Taekwon-do, Kickboxing, Freestyle forms, Practical Self-Defence, Sparring, Weapons, Stretching, General fitness training, Padwork, Stress/Anger Management and most importantly having fun, which will ultimately lead to an increase in self-confidence and overall fitness. |

| What are the
Age Groups? |
- 4 - 6 years old - Little Juniors
- 7 - 12 year old - Juniors (junior Warriors)
- 13 and over - Seniors
Currently our youngest student is aged 4 and our oldest is aged 72;
proving that there is something for everyone no matter what age you
are. |

- Advanced Grades
- Mixed grade groups
- Blackbelts
- Mixed age groups

| We currently have several families
training together in the mixed groups and they also enjoy the separate
classes for extra individual training. |
